There are just a few things we need to make sure you are aware of while shopping with us. Please read the following information carefully, since we've already condensed it down to the "short version".
All sales are final. Except in 2 situations. If your package and/or product was destroyed during shipping, or if your item is simply the wrong size, we will be more than happy to exchange your product for another. However, in both cases there are 2 conditions:
1) Exchange is limited to prints and sizes we have on hand. We may not have the same print you are exchanging for. If we sell out or if it's for a different size, the desired print may no longer be available for purchase or exchange.
2) You must contact us within 5 calendar days to initiate the exchange. If you don't contact us within 5 days, we have to assume you are happy with your leggings and must move forward.
Purchase agreement. By purchasing the listed products with Delectable Leggings through this site, you agree to pay the purchase price listed on the product and any and all applicable taxes, shipping, or other fees associated with the products listed on this site. By clicking the "buy" or "submit" button to place your order, you are agreeing to the purchase price for each and all items in your cart. You agree to pay the price(s) listed for the products you are purchasing, without any dispute. If you have any questions about products, pricing or fees, please contact us before submitting your order and we will do our best to clarify any questions you may have before your purchase. Bly clicking submit on your order, you agree that you will not file a dispute with your bank or credit card issuing company, unless the purchase was made in actual fraudulent behavior.
Shipping address. You must provide a valid address for us to ship your oder. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses in shipping. If your address has changed, please inform us ASAP so that we may update our systems to ensure correct shipping to you.
Privacy policy. Delectable Leggings only holds your name, address and email address in an offline file that is not accessible to any other company, business, person or entity. This information is used to track your purchases for our Honey Club (frequent buyer program). Our third-party software systems may store some of this information securely (with your permission) for your convenience. However, the storage of said information is under agreement between you and that third-party vendor. Third-party vendors we use include Square (payment services, Pay Pal, Big Cartel, Stamps.com, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You have control of how all of these websites and entities store and use your personal information. Delectable Leggings can only control Stamps.com.
